LPGA Golf Professional and Physiotherapist working together to better your golf!

Project Better Golf

Project Better Golf is all about you; how your body moves, your strengths and weaknesses and your goals. Queenstown golf professional Georgia Mahoney, an LPGA Member and Louise Parker, a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor combine forces to rework your body and your golf game in an exciting new programme.

  • Are you losing power and flexibility during the swing?
  • Do you have back pain when putting?
  • Has your handicap increased over the past two years?
  • Do you get stiff in the back, shoulders or knees if you play two days in a row?

If you answer 'yes' to any of these questions then Project Better Golf will help you with a more powerful consistent swing, without discomfort.

To maximize your golfing potential we'll get to the bottom of things using:

  • Biomechanical analysis
  • Technique analysis
  • Computerised Video analysis

We'll enhance your performance through:

  • Skills sessions
  • Exercise prescription
  • Pilates and Gym based exercise programs
  • Hand on Physiotherapy techniques
  • Swing modification
